How approval works: every moukib registration is reviewed by our team before it appears anywhere public. We may call the number you provide. We publish only your moukib's name, route, pole and services — never your contact details. Listings are removed on request, no questions asked.
What happens next

Takes two minutes. Nothing goes public at this stage — your entry waits in our queue.
We verify
A site manager checks your details — against our index of 822 recorded camps in Iraq, or against the event you serve at abroad — and may call you. This usually takes up to 3 days; if it takes longer, just ask us.
You go live
Once approved, your moukib is findable by name, route and pole — on the site now, in the app at launch.
You get an account
On approval we email you a secure link to set your own password. Your dashboard lets you update your details and record what you did each year — meals served, pilgrims hosted, or the poles you walked.
